Gillian has been a huge help in assisting Northbury to launch our online learning, particularly in training staff on how to use Microsoft Teams and assignments within that. She is always on hand via email or phone call and will endeavour to provide support as soon as possible, more often than not providing an answer, even if she needs to research it herself first. When running CPD for staff, Gillian will always come very well prepared and provides high quality training.
