As an Associate Inclusion Advisor for Primary Schools, Molly is keen to share a wealth of experience to support schools in meeting diverse and complex needs. She can provide support to develop engaging and productive learning environments which cater for the needs, interests and enjoyment of the learners.
Molly is an experienced primary specialist teacher, with her main area of expertise in Autism. She has over twelve years of experience supporting children and their families in both mainstream and specialist settings. She is grateful for having worked closely with a range of exceptional professionals over the years and for continuing to do so. More recently, Molly has gained experience with secondary pupils who have been excluded though coordinating EHCPs in an alternative learning provision.
Molly encourages a creative, supportive and adventurous approach to life; we are never done learning, we’re all in this together, there is always a plan b, or c, or d… and don’t forget to share a laugh.
