Abu advises and supports schools with the completion of statutory returns, producing analytical reports and identifying trends and supporting the school improvement team to target any initiatives. He provides effective analysis to local schools, monitoring and utilising data to support teaching and learning at all levels of the organisation. Furthermore, he ensures that the local schools have accurate and high-quality core data to help raise the standards of performance.
Abu has more than a decade of working with local authority schools from Key Stage one to five, analysing key performance data. He has also led on the Pupil Census and School Workforce Census data collections.
Abu is passionate about utilising assessment and innovations to deliver effective support that is personally targeted to produce great results for major key stakeholders; school leaders, teachers and especially the children and learners we work with.
