Mike is our interim Head of Central Services and Operations and is responsible for ensuring the central services team provides first class administrative and systems support to the organisation. A Chartered Company Secretary, Mike is a highly experienced leader in the public and not for profit sectors and joins BDSIP following a very successful period as Chief Executive of leading environmental and social regeneration charity Groundwork Greater Manchester.
Prior to joining Groundwork, Mike had a number of Local Government roles, most recently as Head of Localities and Partnerships at Lancashire County Council; he is also a longstanding Chair of Governors at an Outstanding Nursery School in Rossendale and an experienced Strategic Safeguarding Lead.
