Full Biography

Jacqui is Attendance Adviser at BDSIP, with experience specialising in Inclusion particularly school attendance, parental engagement and safeguarding.

Prior to joining BDSIP, Jacqui has held a range of positions before coming into Education in 2010.  She has a strong business, administration and customer service background.  Later her role as Learning Support Assistant in Early Years and KS2 gave her the opportunity to branch into the role of Social Inclusion Officer.  As Social Inclusion Officer, Jacqui has helped to build positive relationships with families developing projects and initiatives to engage them, this is one of Jacqui’s key strengths. This has enabled her to show overall improvement in the schools attendance and parental relationships.  One of her passions is working with families to improve the overall wellbeing of children.

Jacqui is qualified with a distinction in the Parent Gym (Parenting Programme) and has been delivering this to families for the past 7 years.  She is also qualified as a Deputy Safeguarding Lead and has had an active role in this prior to coming to BDSIP.
