Hermann is an Associate Inclusion Adviser and School Improvement Partner, with 25 years experience of leading and teaching in a wide range of educational settings. He specialises in SEND strategic leadership, SEMH, curriculum development and whole school inclusive practice.
Hermann has taught and led in EYFS, primary, secondary, mainstream, post 16, SEND and SEMH provisions across London. Currently Hermann is the Chief Executive Officer for Compass Learning Partnership in Brent and continues to serve and support the wider inclusion agenda through national training and school support.
Hermann is also a Positive Behavioural Support and Active Support Coach and has set up provisions for excluded learners and gang members utilising these approaches
