What will the course cover?
The focus for the afternoon will be how to be prepared for a Headship interview and how to respond to both the tasks and questions that you may encounter during the process. Being prepared will ensure that you present yourself in the best way possible, both professionally and personally. The afternoon will explore a wide range of aspects which may be discussed during an interview. It will consider how candidates should respond to the uniqueness of each situation and also, how to answer questions and respond to tasks in the most effective and appropriate way. Examples of questions and tasks will be shared. Even if you are only starting to consider applying for a Headship, this will help focus your thoughts on the whole process and if and when the time might be right for you.
