School workforce census (SWC) is the DfEs main source of data on: staff pay bills, staff turnover absences. We will cover Mandatory ,Optional and Not applicable data items for each category.

Description

Why should I attend?

This is a refreshers course as the SWF collection is done annually, Attending this session will help anyone new into the role to confidently carry out the required tasks, and also remind returning officers of steps needed to be taken to produce, check and send SWC returns from school MIS.

 

What will the course cover?

  • Data is collected on Staff details , Contract/Service Agreement ,Absence ,Curriculum & Qualification data items.
  • We will cover Mandatory ,Optional and Not applicable data items for each category.
  • We will inform you about changes from the 2022 collection
  • Q/A sessions
