Our experienced school improvement advisers will guide governors through the performance management process. This service for governors delivers a summary of the previous performance cycle, including assessment of pupil progress, and the negotiation of new performance objectives. This can be purchased as a standalone service or can form part of the school improvement adviser’s time through the school improvement partner programme.
