Full Biography

Abu is an experienced Data Analyst with nearly two decades of expertise supporting local authority schools across Key Stages 1 to 5. He specialises in analysing key performance data, including leading the Pupil Census and School Workforce Census data collections.

At BDSIP, Abu advises and supports schools in completing statutory returns, producing detailed analytical reports, and identifying trends that inform targeted school improvement initiatives. He ensures that schools have accurate, high-quality data to monitor progress and enhance teaching and learning at every level.

Abu believes every student can excel when given the right tools and tailored support. He champions the strategic use of data to address each pupil’s unique needs, enabling schools to overcome challenges and nurture learners’ strengths.
