A qualified Integrative Counsellor, Tracy believes that positive, empathetic relationships from the earliest stages of school can foster belonging and strengthen students’ engagement with learning.
Her experience spans education and social care, supporting children, young people, and vulnerable adults in SEND and mainstream settings. She has specialist expertise in grief and loss, having worked in hospice and bereavement charity settings, helping families navigate the impact of loss and other life transitions.
Drawing on her background as a Community Arts Facilitator and Early Years Practitioner, Tracy integrates creativity and play into her counselling practice, making her support accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for every young person.
