Peter is passionate about making maths meaningful and accessible for all children, with a particular commitment to inclusion and supporting those with additional needs. With over 25 years of experience as a teacher, deputy head and inclusion manager, he brings both strategic insight and practical expertise to his work in schools.
His approach is rooted in the belief that every learner can succeed in maths when given the right support, encouragement and challenge. Whether working with leaders on whole-school strategy or modelling approaches in the classroom, Peter supports schools to develop inclusive, engaging and effective maths teaching.
Peter’s work aligns closely with BDSIP’s commitment to equity and excellence. He collaborates with schools to build teacher confidence, strengthen curriculum delivery and improve outcomes — ensuring that no child is left behind.
