Molly brings a wealth of experience as a primary specialist teacher with a strong focus on Autism. With over twelve years of working closely with children and families in both mainstream and specialist settings, she is passionate about helping schools develop learning environments that are engaging, productive, and tailored to the needs and interests of every learner.
Her recent work has expanded to supporting secondary pupils who have experienced exclusion, coordinating Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in alternative learning provisions. Molly values collaboration deeply and is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside exceptional professionals committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.
Known for encouraging a creative, supportive, and adventurous approach, Molly believes in lifelong learning, teamwork, resilience, and always finding a way forward, with a good dose of laughter along the journey.
