Michelle is a qualified person-centred counsellor, trained in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a core approach is Person Centred Therapy using Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tailored to the client’s needs..

Michelle worked for a charity called Refuge for 14 years as a Domestic Violence Worker and Advocate. She has many years of experience working with clients with complex needs such as domestic violence, eating disorders, alcohol and drug addiction, anxiety insomnia, low self-esteem, trauma, sexual, abuse and female genital mutilation.
