Full Biography

Jason is a highly personable and collaborative leader with over three decades of experience across the secondary and SEND sectors. As a serving Ofsted inspector, he brings deep professional insight, a commitment to integrity, and a strong belief in the collective power of positive working cultures.

He works collegiately with teams, meeting them where they are to drive sustainable and authentic improvement. With strong analytical skill, Jason tailors recommendations that align with each school’s aims and priorities, enabling leaders to build confidence, refine their practice, and maintain clarity around both immediate needs and long‑term strategic goals.

A successful senior leader in Hampshire and London, Jason has led positive change in communities facing significant social and economic challenges. His leadership is rooted in compassion, and he is committed to amplifying impact by empowering others to give young people the best possible start in life.

Alongside inspection and SiP work Jason holds a deep interest in the pedagogy and teaching of mathematics. As a governor he is uniquely positioned to offer training for governing bodies so that they can support schools effectively.  He holds a NPQH and serves as a Lead Reviewer for Challenge Partners, further strengthening his ability to enhance leadership capacity and add value to the teams he works with.
