Eva Louzao is an experienced MIS Support and Training Consultant who has spent more than three decades helping schools use data with confidence, purpose, and impact. Her work centres on ensuring that school communities feel equipped to harness their Management Information Systems (MIS) to strengthen teaching, learning, and whole-school development.
Eva began her career supporting schools across a London Local Authority, where she built specialist knowledge of RM Integris and developed a genuine appreciation for how MIS platforms can streamline processes, support wellbeing, and improve outcomes for children. Since 2011, she has continued this work as an independent consultant, proudly guiding schools through change, whether implementing new systems, troubleshooting challenges, or training staff at every level.
More recently, Eva has taken a lead role in supporting schools transitioning to Arbor, offering hands-on guidance and reassurance at each step of implementation. Her approach is grounded in patience, clarity, and practical expertise, ensuring every user, from teachers to school leaders, feels confident managing and interpreting the data they rely on every day.
Eva has formed trusted, long-standing partnerships with schools across Haringey, Enfield, Camden, and Barking & Dagenham. She is energised by helping staff develop new skills, make informed decisions, and create data-rich environments that truly benefit pupils.
Her decision to join BDSIP is rooted in a shared commitment to equity. Eva believes that when data is accessible and meaningful, it becomes a powerful driver for positive change, helping every child to feel seen, supported, and able to succeed.
