Emma is a skilled data analyst with a strong belief in the power of education to transform lives. She is passionate about using data to support schools in making evidence-informed decisions that improve outcomes for all young people, particularly those facing the greatest barriers.
In her role at BDSIP, Emma works closely with schools to manage and analyse education data, complete statutory returns, and develop clear, actionable performance dashboards. She is particularly focused on making complex information accessible and meaningful for school leaders, helping them to identify trends, track progress and target support where it’s needed most.
Emma’s background in higher education includes leading process improvement projects, developing training resources, and introducing automated systems that reduced workload and improved student experience. Across all her work, she has stayed focused on using data not for its own sake, but to drive change and enhance outcomes for learners.
Emma was drawn to BDSIP for its mission-led approach and commitment to equity. Her values and practice align strongly with our belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and that great data, when used well, can help make that a reality.
