Beatrice leads a skilled team of careers advisers dedicated to supporting children and young people in our family of schools and sixth forms. With over 20 years’ experience, she is passionate about helping every child and young person explore their career options confidently and plan their next steps towards fulfilling and meaningful futures.
Beatrice’s approach combines professional expertise with genuine empathy. She works collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines to provide holistic, tailored guidance that addresses the diverse needs of learners, including those with special educational needs and care experience. She believes that putting young people at the heart of the process empowers them to realise their unique strengths and ambitions.
Before joining BDSIP in 2019, Beatrice gained broad experience working in further education, Connexions, and the National Careers Service, also supporting trainee advisers to develop their own careers practice. Today, she leads her team with warmth and clarity, ensuring their guidance has a real impact on pupils’ confidence, aspirations, and life chances.
