Adriana offers a compassionate, confidential, and non-judgmental space where children and young people feel safe to share their stories and express their feelings. With an integrative approach, Adriana tailors her counselling to the unique needs of each individual, drawing from CBT, Person-Centred, Existential, and Psychodynamic methods.
