Why should I attend?

To gather information and strategies from an occupational therapist and to receive LBBD updates.

 

What will the course cover?

This course will explore a range of key topics, including:

  • Occupational therapy in the classroom – presented by Shannon Kerekes MS, OTR/L (Occupational Therapist, Building Blocks Developmental Preschool, Commack, NY), with a focus on fine and gross motor skills and practical strategies to support pupils in educational settings
  • LBBD SEND updates and Q&A session – delivered by Martin Nicholson (Virtual Headteacher of SEND, LBBD)
