Creating and embedding culture and practice that enables every young person to thrive.
What are the benefits to practice?
- A shared understanding of inclusive culture – exploring how schools can create environments where every child feels a sense of belonging, develops their identity and has opportunities to flourish.
- Confidence in articulating inclusive practice – understanding how to present inclusion effectively through the language of inspection, ensuring that strong practice is recognised and evidenced during Ofsted visits.
- Strategies for supporting vulnerable learners – particularly pupils who find writing challenging, disengage from literacy or communicate in different ways.
- Creative approaches to literacy – learning how storytelling, talk, drama, poetry, performance, art and other multimodal approaches can enable children to engage with literacy without the barrier of extended writing.
- Whole-school tools and strategies – gaining ideas that can be implemented immediately to strengthen teaching, curriculum design, participation and inclusion across all phases.
- Inspiration and renewed purpose – leaving with fresh thinking, practical resources and the confidence to ensure that every child is seen, valued and supported to flourish.
