I am an advocate for the power of education to transform lives and for the right of all young people to be given the opportunity to succeed. I believe that high-quality data can play a crucial role in helping schools make evidence-based decisions that improve outcomes for all students.
I was drawn to BDSIP because of its values-driven approach and its commitment to supporting schools in London. I wanted to use my data analysis and communication skills to contribute to an organisation that puts students first and works collaboratively with schools to drive positive change.
Before joining BDSIP, I worked in higher education, where I held various roles focused on data, assessment, and student engagement. This included leading process improvement projects, developing training and guidance resources, and playing a key role in maintaining data accuracy. I also introduced automated systems that reduced administrative burden and improved the student experience. My work has consistently focused on using data to enhance processes, support colleagues, and ultimately improve the outcomes and experiences of students.
In my role at BDSIP, I support schools by managing and analysing education data, completing statutory returns, and developing performance dashboards to highlight trends and insights. I’m particularly passionate about making complex data accessible and useful for school leaders and ensuring our work contributes meaningfully to the success of students.
