Tracy Forsyth has been a dedicated Associate Counsellor at BDSIP since the service launched in 2020. With over two decades of experience, she brings warmth, empathy, and a flexible counselling approach to create safe spaces where children and young people feel truly seen and heard.
She believes that consistent, emotionally available adults are vital in helping young people build resilience and confidence. Tracy’s work spans schools and communities, focusing on empowering children to overcome barriers and flourish.
Passionate about inclusion and wellbeing, Tracy feels privileged to partner with schools through BDSIP to nurture the emotional wellbeing of every child, ensuring they have the support and space needed to thrive.
