Full Biography

Sue is now a school leadership partner, working with a wide range of schools across London. She supports schools in developing and strengthening leadership at all levels, able to evaluate themselves accurately against the school inspection framework and identify and follow through key areas for development.

Sue also works as a coach and mentor with several headteachers and leads school reviews and inspections for Ofsted. She is a regular facilitator for NPQH. Sue is a member of the governing body of a primary pupil referral unit.

Sue has been involved in school leadership for over 20 years and has been headteacher of three inner-city primary schools. She holds both NPQH and PQSI (professional qualification in school inspection).

Sue worked in the UK and abroad at secondary and primary levels as a teacher, SENDCo and Deputy / Inclusion leader before taking up headship. She was designated LLE (Local leader of Education) while in headship in Camden.
