There are over 150 different titles for engineering courses at universities so how do you choose the right one for you? How do you make your application stand out from the rest?  What are the employment prospects for engineers?  Join this session hosted by City University and engineering undergraduates and hear the answers to these and other questions you might have.

Wednesday 25th November 4 – 5.15pm

For Y13 students who have applied to Oxford and Cambridge. This session with an admissions tutor will support you as you make your final preparations for the interview.

Wednesday 2nd December 1.30 – 2.30pm

Want to be a solicitor or a barrister? What is the difference between criminal or family law? How do you make your application stand out from the rest?   Do you know that you do not need to study law at university to work in this area?
Join this session hosted by City University and trainee solicitors and hear the answers to these and other questions you might have.

Pathways to Higher Degrees and Apprenticeships
Wednesday 3rd February 1.30 – 2.30pm

Apprentices will be at this online session to tell you what their working day is like, how they are being trained, and what the rewards are.  For tips on making a successful application and how to settle in to your first full time job, join this session on Higher and Degree apprenticeships.

Pathways to Medicine
Wednesday 10th February 1.30 – 2.30pm

Medicine is one of the most difficult courses to get a place on and this session is to help you make a successful application.  Find out what you need to do to demonstrate you have the skills and commitment to become a doctor? Learn about the different types of interview and the tests each applicant must sit and how to prepare for them.
This session is hosted by  Barts Medical School, Queen Mary University of London.
