David Radomsky (Associate)
Associate School Improvement Adviser
David is an independent educational consultant. He has a first-class BA honours degree, an MA with distinction, NPQH and a National College coaching accreditation. He has primary and secondary teaching experience both in this country and abroad.
David’s previous experience includes being the deputy headteacher of and independent school and executive headteacher of a large comprehensive school. David has also been a coach and facilitator for a number of nationally accredited leadership training courses.
David has worked as the chair of an Interim Executive Board [IEB], working closely with the headteacher to move the school from ‘Special Measures’ to ‘Good’. He has extensive experience in working with both primary and secondary schools as an associate advisor, including schools in a multi-academy trust.
David has inspected since 2007 and has been leading school inspection teams in both maintained and independent schools since 2010.
David can offer support in the following areas to primary and secondary schools; leadership and staff training; coaching / mentoring; reviews and recommendations in line with the national inspection framework; due diligence reports; self-evaluation; development planning; governance; understanding and using data; improving teaching.
