We have a highly effective record of success in supporting schools to improve and achieve strong results for our pupils and students. Our work with headteachers and governors has gained a national reputation for improving education and helping to transform public services in Barking and Dagenham.

We offer experienced School Improvement Advisers at both primary and secondary levels, all of whom have worked as headteachers in good and outstanding schools or have worked as experienced improvement advisers with a strong record of accomplishment. Across the team, they deliver first class advice, support and provide evidence-based challenge to all levels of school leadership.

Our team has proven experience of designing tailored, flexible approaches to meet individual school needs in different contexts and different circumstances.

Each School Improvement Adviser has expert knowledge of school improvement and the Ofsted evaluation framework and the practical understanding and experience of how schools can improve.

Appropriate Body and NQT Induction Service

 

Our Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) Induction Service provides a robust structure with professional guidance and support for every stage of the induction process to enable your newly qualified teachers to make the best start to their careers.

We offer a full Appropriate Body service and a CPD programme that ensures NQTs in all schools are supported from the very beginning of their induction, through to final assessment and certification from National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL).
