This free PLC, organised by the BDSIP Inclusion Advisers, supplements the SENCO Network to offer an ongoing learning and support group to address key areas of challenge in our leadership of SEND. In this session, Michelle Unstead and Heba Al-Jayoosi from Whole School SEND will be re-joining us to explore how a coaching model can be used to support your CPD strategy, empowering staff to work collaboratively to develop their own knowledge and expertise.
