This four-session twilight is designed to support ARP Leads to embed a solution focused approach towards ensuring influential leadership of an outstanding provision. You will review your action plan for strategic leadership; identify potential barriers to successful implementation; and explore leadership strategies that will enable you to achieve outstanding outcomes for all.
