In this session, Amjad Ali will go through ways that teachers and TAs can work together to ensure that learning is the most productive it can be to facilitate best progress for our learners. Amjad Ali is a practising teacher, SENCO and Senior Leader, TEDEX speaker and highly experienced trainer who has delivered CPD at schools and events around the UK. We are very pleased to welcome him to Barking and Dagenham.

This session will offer you top tips for effective collaborative working with your Teaching Assistants from a highly experienced, practising teacher and SENCO.

  • Key messages from the EEF guidance report on the effective use of TAs.
  • Links to resources and further reading to develop best practice in your classroom and setting.
  • A range of low effort, high impact ideas to 'Try' and 'Refine'!
