Why should I attend?
This workshop will increase our awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and provide opportunities to identify ways we can embrace and celebrate our differences in an interactive session.
What will it cover?
Delegates will:
- explore issues of inclusion and diversity on an organisational, group and individual level within your setting.
- consider how we can respond with compassion and understanding to the groups who are most disadvantaged by taking positive action.
