This workshop for busy teachers will focus on the key tools for wellbeing and how to set realistic targets for change and positive outcomes.


Why should I attend?

Do you want to improve your life balance?

Do you want to be able to set realistic goals for yourself and take steps to achieve them?

Do you need to explore your fears, anxieties and stress to identify strategies for positive change?

This workshop will provide the space to explore the barriers to your wellbeing and identify strategies that will enable you to make changes that will lead to positive outcomes.  Georgia Thorp is a highly experienced, highly regarded life coach with a proven track record of successful outcomes for coaching participants.  We are pleased to welcome her back to Barking and Dagenham.


What will it cover?

Delegates will:

  • Understand the framework for identifying positive work-life balance in 5 key areas.
  • Participate in a group coaching session to identify how to take positive action for emotional wellbeing.


Who is it for?

Adults who are keen to develop a range of strategies to support them in setting goals for positive wellbeing and managing anxiety and stress.


Is this course part of a suite of training?

Georgia Thorp will also be hosting 'Supporting Wellbeing for Learning' on Tuesday 14th July from 2pm - 3.30pm.
