This workshop will explore strategies to support children with their well being so they are available, engaged and ready for learning. She will explore practical resources to use in the classroom and wider school community.

This workshop will provide you with a range of tools that you can use  immediately  to support our children and young people with their wellbeing in the current climate and beyond.  Georgia Thorpe is a highly experienced life coach with extensive experience of working in schools and a proven track record of positive outcomes with children and young people.  We are pleased to welcome her back to Barking and Dagenham.

What will it cover?

Delegates will:

  • Develop their understanding of the framework for emotional wellbeing.
  • Develop a range of simple strategies to support children to feel safe and ready to learn.


Is this course part of a suite of training?

Georgia Thorp will also be running 'Setting Goals: A Wellbeing Workshop for Adults' on 30th June 2020 at 2pm - 3.30pm
