This overview session will look at the FFT Aspire system in depth. Participants will work from their own school’s FFT School Dashboard, focusing on self-evaluation and school improvement, implementing effective target setting and identifying gaps in performance by subject and pupil group.


 This is a half day course.


Participants will need to bring a copy of their school`s FFT Aspire dashboard - please contact Gillian Bratley if you have issues accessing this.


Why should I attend?

  • To understand how FFT Aspire School Dashboard can be used to support self-evaluation and school improvement
  • To identify gaps in performance through the School Dashboard.


What will it cover?

Participants will:

  • Be led through each of the reports contained in their FFT Aspire School Dashboard
  • Have explained the key features of each report and how the live system can enhance the analysis
  • Hear about how their dashboard can be used to support school self-evaluation and development planning
  • Briefly see how the target setting and student explorer modules can support development plans.

This is a half day course.

  • CPD Package subscribers or Education Data Management Service: There will be no charge for this course for schools who have purchased the CPD Package or Education Data Management Service.
  • Pay as you go BDSIP members: For schools that have not bought the CPD Package, there will be a charge of £120 per delegate for BDSIP members.
  • Pay as you go non-members: There will be a charge of £150 per delegate for schools which do not currently have BDSIP membership.
