This course will provide teachers with the opportunity to discuss their children’s work and moderate their judgements in line with the Assessment Framework for KS1 in Reading and Writing.

Description

This is a full day course.

It is imperative that you bring the work/books of 1 child at each standard in each subject.

 

Why should I attend?

  • Share government documentation
  • Share the structuring and format of a moderation session.

 

What will it cover?

  • Consider the range of evidence needed to make appropriate teacher assessment by the end of KS1.
  • Discuss the expectations for the gathering of work in order to use as evidence to support judgements.
  • Look at work with colleagues and make judgements based on our evidence so far.

 

Who should go?

  • Year 2 teachers

 

Pricing

This is a full day course.

Upon registration our booking system will correctly display the cost of this course based on your school package status.

  • CPD Package subscribers: There will be no charge for this course for schools who have purchased the CPD Package.
  • Pay as you go BDSIP members: For schools that have not bought the CPD Package, there will be a charge of £200 per delegate for BDSIP members.
  • Pay as you go non-members: There will be a charge of £250 per delegate for schools which do not currently have BDSIP membership.
