Description
This is a half day course.
Why should I attend?
- The sessions are aimed at developing current leadership and management thinking and skills in order for participants to feel confident in their current role and at aspiring to the next step in the leadership of a school, including Headship.
What will it cover?
- Each session has two parts. One session has a guest speaker and the other session has a practical Leadership and Management discussion activity (no role play).
- Detailed agenda will be confirmed ahead of each meeting.

This network occurs half termly. Attendance at previous meetings is not required.
